At NORTHFIT, we offer 1:1 personalised training in a group environment - but we don’t do small group PT classes.
Our approach ensures that every member receives individualised coaching and support while benefiting from the energy of a small training group.
It all begins with our 6-Week Personal Training Trial, where you'll experience a tailored programme designed specifically for your needs. With a dedicated coach in every session, you'll never train alone or without expert guidance.
Each participant gets their own training space, allowing them to progress at their own pace while still being part of a motivating team environment.
With a maximum of five people per session, we keep it small enough for personalized attention but big enough to inspire and push each other to succeed.
